Come and embrace the changing of the seasons on our first 2 day, 1 night yoga and meditation self-care immersion. Autumn is a time of reflection and renewal. We reflect on and celebrate the vital sun energy of the summer months and make space for renewal and healing as the nights draw in. Enjoy two forms of yoga, self-care rituals, and spiritual practices, all designed to help you embrace the earth's introspective energy as autumn begins its transition to winter. Join us as we discover the deeper significance of the changing seasons and find inner peace as we transition into the colder months. Here's what you can expect: 1 night in a small, Northamptonshire-based boutique hotel All meals: Day 1 (Lunch & dinner); Day 2 (Breakfast & lunch) 2 full days of activities 2 yoga classes per day Kundalini yoga Hatha yoga An immersive gong meditation Art therapy session A full programme of additional self-care activities (we don't want to spoil the surprise!) Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations up to 24 hours before. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is within 24 hours. For workshops and retreats, cancel up to 7 days before the event and you will receive a full refund. From 7-3 days before the event you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your booking to another course or retreat at no extra cost.
