Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. It transforms and expands your consciousness. Classes include kriyas
(a series of physical exercises that focus on
a particular theme), pranayam, mantra, meditation and relaxation.

Classical hatha is more than just a physical exercise. The sanskrit word 'yoga' means 'to unite', so the purpose of a classical yoga class is to unite the body with the mind and soul. We achieve this with physical asanas (exercises), pranayam (breath) and meditation.
