Alfred 4 Powerpack for MacOSX is a very handy and efficient application which boosts your efficiency with the keywords, hotkeys and text expansion etc. You can become more productive with some custom actions to control your Mac. You can also download Hands Off for MacOSX.

To install it, download the workflow, double-click it, and hit Import on the dialog box. You are then ready to uninstall Flash from your Mac. You can visit this webpage to download the most recent uninstaller.

This is a powerful workflow for OmniFocus users. If you are using OmniFocus as your task manager, this workflow will allow you to search for tasks, projects, context, flagged tasks, active tasks, and more. You can even list all your projects and context right in the Alfred window. I use this workflow multiple times a day to quickly launch my active task list. If you are not an OmniFocus user, you can also find similar workflows for Todoist, Things 3, and more on Packal. Things 3 even provides a comprehensive Alfred workflow on its website. You can click on the link to download it. Since I am testing OmniFocus right now, I wanted to include this on the list.

Shell Integration is a modification to your shell's login script that informs iTerm2 of which commands you're running, which host you're logged in to, what your user name is, and what your current directory is. This enables all kinds of cool features, such as easily navigating to preceding shell prompts, getting a notification when a long-running job finishes, drag-dropping files to upload and download on remote hosts, and much more. All the details are at the Shell Integration document.

To use SideNotes with Alfred, you need to download SideNotes workflow andinstall it. Please note that workflows are not part of free Alfred versions You need to buythe Powerpack first. Once you download the file, you just need to open it.

If you find yourself wasting a lot of time shifting files around on your Mac to keep everything organized, then Hazel may just be able to save you some serious time. Hazel allows you to set up automations to put your files exactly where you want them without you having to lift a finger. For example, if you download a movie file, Hazel can move it straight into your Movies folder.

DownMedia workflow is mostly used by video editors. It allows you to download videos and animate clips from multiple sources. One of the downsides of this function is that you do not get to choose the resolution of the video. But since it mostly downloads in 1080p resolution, there should be no problem regarding the quality.

When you need to download files, and you do not want your Mac to idle off into sleep, then this is the workflow for you. If you are a Mac user, then you should know how cumbersome it is to toggle the sleep and idle time of your laptop in MacOS. Well, if you have this Alfred workflow, then you can directly skip all the processes and directly enter the command on the Alfred search bar.
