Service Description
This October, I'm trialling a second hatha yoga class at a new venue to see if there's interest for another regular weekly class. These sessions will go deeper into our yoga practice, themes, breathwork and mediation to help reset our mind, body and spirit for the cooler, darker months to come. Held every Thursday during October, at the Luton Irish Forum, the classes are suitable for all skill levels. Join one or all five, it's entirely up to you. If you're interested in joining me for a second weekly class, make sure you book your place as I only have space for 12 people in each session. All booking will be online so please don't turn up in person as I may not be able to squeeze you in! I look forward to welcoming you!
Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations up to 24 hours before. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is within 24 hours. For workshops and retreats, cancel up to 7 days before the event and you will receive a full refund. From 7-3 days before the event you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your booking to another course or retreat at no extra cost.
