Service Description
Our final yoga and sound bath sound session of the year will celebrate the arrival of winter. We'll move slowly into the season, just as nature does. In this 3 hour workshop we'll move with intention, passion and, most likely, a little laughter, leading us to a deeper more fulfilling meditation practice. Then lay back and let the sound vibrations, expertly delivered by Shon, heal your body and soul.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Class cancellations up to 24 hours before. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is within 24 hours. For workshops and retreats, cancel up to 7 days before the event and you will receive a full refund. From 7-3 days before the event you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your booking to another course or retreat at no extra cost.
